How do I find my pictures and order prints/products?

  •        Click the “FIND YOUR PICTURE” on our homepage menu.

  •        Follow the links to your event.

  •        Browse through the thumbnails. Click on any photo to see a larger version.

  •        Add photos to your shopping cart and select from our list of great products.

  •        Check out and pay securely. Use any major credit card, or pay via your PayPal account.

 

Why can't I find my event?

  • Clicking “FIND YOUR PICTURE” on our homepage menu displays a list of events groups currently available on the website. Select the appropriate group, and then follow the links to your event. Some older events may be on our “archive” site, which has a different look than our current-event site, but rest assured, our products and quality are top notch regardless.

     

  • We post our team/individual photo shoots within 1-2 weeks of your shoot day.  If you can’t find your pictures, you can contact us at customerservice@impactactionphotos.com, or at the Contact Us link above and we can help you locate your photos.

 

What is my expected shipping time?

 

  • Online print orders are usually processed and sent to our finishing lab within two days of ordering. Please allow 10-15 business days for prints, CDs, packages, and specialty/showcase products, and 3-5 weeks for custom and framed products.

  • Orders may ship separately if production times dictate. You will receive an email when your order ships.

  • Custom poster orders require customer input, and so processing times will vary. Once a poster design has been finalized, print and ship times are generally 1-2 weeks.

 

What if I am unhappy with my finished product?

  • Our experienced photographers use only the best state-of-the-art cameras and lenses, and our digital imaging and photofinishing techniques will make the best out of even the toughest lighting conditions. Your final product will be cropped according to our finishing guidelines, and color-corrected to meet our stringent quality standards, and backed by our 100% Money Back Guarantee.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Impact Action Sports Photography, return your purchase, Or notify us via email or phone call within 5 days for a full refund!!

 

What if I need my product *RUSHED?*

  • If you need RUSH processing and shipping for a particular item, please call or contact us at customerservice@impactactionphotos.com, or at the Contact Us link to make arrangements. We’re happy to help with awards banquets, birthdays, holidays, etc!
